VH Apricot wine base 96oz can

 We suggest not adding this previously sterilized apricot puree to the boils. For best results add to the primary or secondary fermenter.

This is pure pureed fruit with no seeds have been removed. Because of this, they are slightly more concentrated than whole fruit. It is suggested to use 10% less apricot puree than called for by recipes that ask for whole fruit.
