Distiller Yeast - yield 5 gallons activate ~93 deg 14 day ferm
Activate Yeast in water, 1/2 cup of your mash and yeast nutrient (optional)at 93-97 deg. Pitch into 5 gallons of mash and keep temperatures of fermentation between 75-85 deg. Stir mash every couple of days and let mash ferment for 10 days. Distill and enjoy.
