To prepare must before adding yeast use 1/2 tsp per 6 gallons of must; wait 24 hours to add yeast. To prepare wine for bottling, add at a rate of 1/2 tsp. per 6 gallons along with potassium sorbate. Wait 3-4 days to bottle.
