Rose Hips - 3 Oz
Used in wines, teas, specialty beer & confections, rose hips are a
versatile fruit/herb. Rich in vitamin C, the rose hip shells with the
seeds removed are the best type to use for wine as seeds can add
undesirable tannins. For 1 gallon of wine use 3-5 oz of rose hips. Combine with 2 cups of white raisins and basic wine ingredients and follow standard winemaking procedures.
